Aichi Sky Expo participated in UFI Asia-Pacific Conference, held from 14th to 15th March in Tokyo Big Sight. UFI is the leading global association, with 776 adherents from 87 countries, including the world’s tradeshow organisers and exhibition centre operators, as well as the major national and international exhibition associations, and selected partners of the exhibition industry.
More than 300 people have joined the conference from all over the world, including main event organisers and venues in Japan. Over two days, the participants discussed the following issues : the rise of digital tools and platforms, political and economic uncertainty in key markets worldwide, and private equity and new players entering the market. The conference provided a comprehensive insight on the exhibition sector in Japan while featuring some key players.
It was a great opportunity for Aichi Sky Expo to connect to main exhibition organisers in Japan and Asia-Pacific region and to inform the sector about a brand-new exhibition facility in Aichi, growing in a significant way the overall exhibition and event space available in Japan.
