About prior consultation to the prefecture when holding an event

If you plan to hold an event that involves nationwide movement or an event that has more than 1,000 event participants, prior consultation with Aichi Prefecture is required.

Please submit the “Advance Consultation Form regarding the event” and the “Checklist” to the following e-mail address at least 2 weeks before the event.
