With a total exhibition area of 50,000 m², one of the largest in Japan, the venue is capable of hosting large-scale trade shows and exhibitions.
Halls B through F can be used either as a single integrated space or as individual halls, offering flexible layouts ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 m².
Each exhibition hall is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies to meet the needs of a wide variety of events.
Below are examples of events that have previously been held at Aichi Sky Expo.

Trade Shows / Exhibitions
Each of Exhibition Halls B through F, offering 10,000 m² of space, can be used individually or combined to create a continuous exhibition area of up to 50,000 m².
Facilities Used: Exhibition Halls D, E, and F
Number of Visitors: 13,000 per day
Facilities Used: Exhibition Halls D, E, F, and the Multi-Purpose Area
Number of Visitors: 25,000 per day
Seminars
The venue is ideal for special occasions such as corporate general meetings, anniversary celebrations, and networking receptions.
With a sophisticated setting and on-site catering services provided from fully equipped kitchens, we create a premium event experience that leaves a lasting impression on your guests.
Facilities Used: Exhibition Hall D (5,000 m²)
Number of Visitors: 500
Opening Ceremonies & Award Ceremonies
Depending on the event schedule, part of the hall can be reconfigured from a seated layout to a standing buffet or reception-style setup.

Concerts
Exhibition Hall A features a column-free space with a ceiling height of 20 meters, making it ideal for large-scale concerts.
With its high level of sound insulation, the hall enables powerful acoustics and delivers an immersive, high-impact live performance experience.

Parties
In addition to meetings and seminars, the venue can also accommodate standing reception-style parties for groups of approximately 100 to 400 guests.

Festivals
The expansive 33,000 m² open area offers highly flexible layout options.
In addition to outdoor events, the space can be used for automobile and motorcycle commercial shoots, as well as a staging and waiting area for delivery vehicles and large buses, accommodating a wide range of applications.
